Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 26, 2026
Company: PSRIO Engine Global (“PSRIO Global”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
By accessing, configuring, or utilizing the PSRIO™ Engine, its modular applications (including Privacy-CentraRISQ™ and PrivMind™), and any associated global digital interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”, “Customer”, “Organization”) explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an enterprise or legal entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
1. Provision and Use of Platform
- GRC Operational Utility: The Platform is provided strictly as an automated privacy, security, and risk governance operations support tool.
- No Legal Advice: PSRIO Global does not provide formal legal counsel, statutory certifications, or definitive regulatory opinions. All workflows, templates, scoring metrics, and gap analyses generated by the Engine are intended for informational and risk-optimization purposes only. Customers remain solely and entirely responsible for verifying their own legal compliance obligations and executing final organizational risk decisions.
2. Account Security and Administration
Authorized customer organizations and individual users are strictly responsible for:
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of platform access credentials, API tokens, and administrative pathways.
- Enforcing secure identity verification protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) where provisioned.
- All operational activities, data modifications, and configuration changes executed under their designated enterprise accounts.
3. Global Acceptable Use Policy
Users shall not utilize the Platform, nor permit any third party, to:
- Deploy the Engine for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful intent violating local, regional, or international laws.
- Input, store, or process data within the Platform that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, privacy rights, or data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA).
- Attempt to bypass system firewalls, reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms, introduce malicious code, or engage in activity designed to disrupt the performance, integrity, or availability of our cloud infrastructure.
4. Proprietary Rights and Customer Data
- PSRIO Intellectual Property: PSRIO Global retains all right, title, and exclusive interest in and to the Platform, including all underlying code, interface designs, 3D branding emblems, algorithmic structures, periodic tables, and proprietary methodologies.
- Customer Data Ownership: The Customer retains exclusive ownership of all proprietary data, compliance evidence, text inputs, and personnel records uploaded into the system. The Customer grants PSRIO Global a limited, non-exclusive, fully paid-up license to host and process this data solely to execute the automated workflows and deliver the system diagnostics requested by the user.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international law, in no event shall PSRIO Global, its infrastructure partners, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever—including but not limited to loss of corporate profits, data corruption, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services—arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to utilize the platform engine, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Mutual Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSRIO Global from any third-party legal claims, regulatory fines, losses, or liabilities arising directly out of a material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or the unlawful ingestion of unauthorized consumer data into the software environment.
7. Service Continuity and Modifications
PSRIO Global reserves the right to deploy automated patches, feature upgrades, and system updates to maintain high availability, infrastructure security, and global regulatory compliance. While we strive to avoid service interruptions, planned system maintenance will be scheduled during off-peak windows and communicated transparently to system administrators via our operational status desk.
8. Governing Law and International Venue
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any formal legal action or proceeding arising directly out of an enterprise global contract shall be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Toronto, Canada, or resolved through binding international commercial arbitration frameworks where mutually executed in an active corporate Order Form.
Technical Security & Data Architecture
Data Infrastructure & Flexible Residency
Unlike regional architectures, PSRIO Global deploys its intelligence layer across secure, multi-zone cloud architectures (primarily utilizing enterprise Microsoft Azure systems).
- Residency Mapping: Customer data hosting, processing, and localized backups are isolated within regional cloud data zones based entirely upon the Customer’s physical geography and explicit enterprise service contracts (e.g., Azure Canada regions for Canadian accounts, or local European/U.S. sovereign zones where contractually designated).
- System Boundaries: Data is never transferred outside of the agreed-upon contract jurisdiction without explicit, documented corporate authorization from the Customer.
Crisis Management & Incident Notification
PSRIO Global maintains an active, risk-based operational security program aligned with the journey of SOC 2 and ISO 42001 (AI Governance) control frameworks. We enforce continuous cryptographic protocols for data at rest and data in transit.
In the event of a confirmed security incident or data breach impacting the integrity of data within our direct custody, PSRIO Global commits to investigating the incident and notifying affected Customer organization administrators within forty-eight (48) hours of definitive confirmation, providing ongoing technical remediation logs to allow clients to satisfy their localized regulatory reporting timelines.
Global Digital Accessibility
PSRIO Global is committed to creating an inclusive digital ecosystem. The Platform’s front-end interfaces, executive compliance dashboards, and reporting modules are engineered to align with global accessibility baselines, specifically targeting compatibility with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards alongside regional mandates such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
We consistently review our visual displays and navigation menus for barrier-free interaction. If your organization encounters systemic design hurdles, please coordinate with our support desk.
